Communication of training via online training diary with your own Training Peaks personal account where you can see your upcoming sessions (detailed description) and track your progress.

Training sessions using Power (bike), GPS (bike and run) and Heart Rate where you have access to this equipment. Regular field testing using above equipment to monitor progress and adjust training zones accordingly.
